As a Associate Consultant in a Data Warehousing project, you have to design and implement effective data architectures, ensuring efficient data integration and management. Additionally, you should provide strategic insights to improve decision-making processes, implement best practices for data governance, and offer training for internal teams, ultimately driving the organization towards becoming more data-driven and efficient in its operations. We'll trust you to:
• Translate business requirements into technical terms and leads project teams in the design and development of data warehouse and reporting solutions that solve business problems
• Evaluate and assist in optimizing ETL processes and database performance to enhance overall system efficiency
• Works with project leadership to define project scope and development approach for each project, including conducting issue analysis and hypothesis development.
• Synthesizes findings, develops recommendations, and communicates results to clients and internal teams.
• Distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks and presentations
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and scopes while ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders
• Assumes project management responsibilities for DW implementation on each project with minimal supervision, including managing onshore/client communication, leading meetings, drafting agendas, managing timelines and serving as a key client contact for project discussions.
• Monitors progress, manages risk and ensures key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Assists in supporting management, including promoting employee engagement, recruiting, training, and providing ongoing education, employee mentorship and coaching, contributes to internal initiatives as needed
• Work with leadership on any business unit related initiatives such as process improvement or innovation initiatives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

You'll need to have::
• Engineering/Master’s Degree from a Tier-I/Tier-II institution/university in Computer Science or relevant concentration, with evidence of strong academic performance.
• 2-4 years of relevant consulting-industry experience
• Deep understanding of data management best practices, data modeling and data analytics
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau and PowerBI, including their integration with ETL outputs
• Strong understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical datasets and their applications
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products & data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
• Strong project management and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills
• Ability to thrive in an international matrix environment and willingness to support US clients during US working hours with 3-4 hours of overlap.
• Awareness of latest technologies related (but not limited to) to cloud platform services, visualization, data management
