Strategic Gears is one of the largest local management consultancies in Saudi Arabia, and the market leader in providing multidisciplinary services for both the private and public sectors. The company offers consulting solutions in the areas of Strategy, Marketing, Operations & Organizational Excellence, and Digital, to a range of clients in both the public and private sectors. The company is heavily involved in the transformation era of Saudi Arabia, driven by the Vision 2030 initiative, in engagement with various government organizations and the Vision Realization Programs as well as the private sector. Strategic Gears has delivered projects in more than 17 sectors for the most well-known entities in the public sector including ministries, regulatory authorities, and the Saudi Stock Exchange, as well major private sector entities in the Kingdom. Today, Strategic Gears has offices in Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, as well as an office in Cairo, Doha and in London. The company is currently expanding its operations in Cairo and is hiring to support this growth.
Strategic Gears is looking for an Associate Consultant to join the team in Egypt. Ideally, you will have consulting experience gained through previous work experience.

Responsibilities:
• Undertake primary research into customers and competitors
• Working with our consulting team to determine their needs and goals by conducting interviews and surveys
• Developing proposals and presentations based on research findings
• Performing research tasks such as analyzing data sets or collecting information from industry experts
• Presenting findings to clients using charts, graphs, and other visual aids such as PowerPoint presentations
• Creating operational plans based on available resources and aligning with organizational goals
• Preparing reports summarizing research results and presenting them to management

Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in related fields
• Excellent English speaker
• An ability to present such information in easy-to-understand formats
• Strong attention to detail
• An ability to identify and gather information from different sources
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills & PowerPoint
