Purpose of Job

As an Associate Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing advanced analytical support to our esteemed life sciences clients while guiding and mentoring our consulting team to deliver exceptional results. You'll be instrumental in building and enhancing our services and deliverables, as well as fostering internal and external relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

We'll Trust you to::
• Provide advanced analytical support to external clients and internal stakeholders on high-complexity analytical projects/initiatives.
• Lead the India-based delivery team in executing all business-related tasks and activities with excellence.
• Utilize structured project management approaches to deliver client deliverables with appropriate documentation and communication.
• Collaborate closely within engagement teams and with clients to conduct high-quality analysis and develop innovative recommendations.
• Take ownership of project/s, ensuring high-quality delivery, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage internal and external relationships, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.
• Contribute to the enhancement of existing services and deliverables, driving innovation within the organization.
• Drive design and enhancement of existing services/deliverables.
• Support Beghou leadership in pursuing new business development opportunities.
• Participate in firm-level initiatives to strengthen the India practice, including onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members.
• Develop and maintain knowledge repositories within specific function/therapeutic areas.

You'll Need to have::
• Graduate/Master’s degree from a Tier-I/Tier-II institution with relevant concentration (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics)
• 2-4 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated success in executing data & analytics engagements in life sciences or healthcare industries. Preferred expertise in analytics related to drug commercialization (sales force analytics, omnichannel, attribution modeling etc.). Analytical Diversity and agility preferred.
• AI/ML experience is a must, Gen AI experience is a plus.
• Strong hands-on expertise in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills spanning across multiple pharma use cases
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to tackle unstructured real-world problems.
• Passion for understanding and devising solutions for current issues in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members effectively.
• Ability to thrive in an international matrix environment and collaborate with US clients during US working hours.
