Role Overview

As a CX auditor, you will be responsible for regular or special task audit, provide the audit defect findings with clear comment/opinion to managers. On top of daily output, you also need to deliver high accuracy audit result.This role is crucial to the Cx Audit function, with a primary focus on enhancing overall audit integrity and quality. 

What You Will Do

Perform audit operation on regular or special catalog data with Clear comment

•
Helping managers to execute the actions that help to improve quality level or reduce human errors.

Collaborate with team members to achieve the goal, meet the KPI.

•
Act as a team player, honoring team with integrity and reputation.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PPT and Google Sheets (comfortable with basic filters and formulas)

• 1–2 years of administrative or operational support experience

• Able to follow instructions and organize tasks based on team goals

• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work well with different teams 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting team operations or managing schedules

• Experience assisting with onboarding or training sessions

• Strong reading and writing skills in English
