We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Capital Markets Associate to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of DCM transactions and ECM transactions . This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, as well as the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for international bond offerings, medium‑term note programmes, regulatory capital instruments, hybrid securities, and equity‑linked products such as convertible and exchangeable bonds

• Liaise with regulatory authorities, stock exchanges, and other stakeholders to facilitate the issuance of debt and equity securities

• Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and market practices in capital markets

• Collaborate with cross‑border teams to ensure seamless transaction execution

• Participate in client meetings and calls to discuss transaction structures and legal issues

• Strong academic background in law, finance, or related disciplines

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in capital markets at a leading law firm or financial institution

• Solid understanding of international capital markets, securities laws, and regulatory frameworks

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client‑focused mindset

• Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin in required
