Stanley Consultants is currently seeking an Associate CADD Technician for our Muscatine, IA office.

JOB SUMMARY:
Primarily functions as a drafting or task lead on multi-discipline projects or multiple small projects. Possesses and exercises a good understanding of multi-discipline needs.

What You Will Be Doing::
• Revise and create drawings under direct supervision from redlined drawings, verbal and written instructions, marked prints, sketches, computations, and other sources prepared by drafters, task leads, designers, or engineers

• Apply drafting terms and symbols

• Check for inconsistencies between drawings

• Use data gathered for projects from catalogs and other reference materials as directed

• Support field assignments as required

• Support drafting activities may also be assigned as necessary/applicable

• Perform self-CAD Standards checks on drawing files

• Perform self-visual Graphics checks on drawing sheets

• Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications::
• Associates degree in CADD, drafting, engineering technology, the sciences, or related field

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Micro-station

• Solid communication and coordination skills with graphics and engineering

• Good understanding of what is required for project set-up and start-up

Stanley’s Approach to Flexibility
While some members choose to work out of their local office on a full-time basis, we offer a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day that can be worked either in the office or at home. Eligible roles can also offer a compressed workweek schedule. Members who participate will be assigned a 9/80 work schedule, meaning every other Friday off!
