Assist the Business Data Office – Client and Investor Data Team in fulfilling mandate of ingesting and maintaining static data for clients, investors and investments at MUFG.  The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

• Lead data gathering and complex data and requirement analysis;
• Experience in process analysis and improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking etc.)
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with ability to recommend solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead small initiatives
• Update Operating Procedures and maintain JIRA/ServiceDesk/Confluence up to date
• Assist in standardizing and simplifying processes for creating and maintaining client and investor data.
• Participate in multiple initiatives with Technology, Product and other stakeholders to digitize and automate the ingestion and maintenance of client and investor data.
• Ensure internal checklists are completed and signed off.
• Ad hoc tasks, as required.

• Bachelor Degree in Technical or Analytical fields
• Must have relevant experience in financial services or accounting industry.
• Experience in back office OR Business Processing practice
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Experience with SQL
• Proficient with SharePoint and collaborative tools
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Optix, Figma, etc.)
