Accountabilities: - Take ownership of delivering key activities within the brand strategic and tactical plan. - Managing approval workflows through systems like VVPM and working across functions including medical, sales and external engagement. - Proactively monitor, analyse, and report on operational performance, using data-driven insights to shape future activities. - Ensure compliance with all AZ Governance Framework (CDTI) and ABPI. - Contribute towards achieving annual P&L, market share, and growth targets. - Actively contribute and seek feedback, helping foster a culture of continuous improvement, high standards, and shared accountability Essential Skills/Experience: -Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines. - High level of digital literacy, with experience using digital marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and a readiness to adopt new technologies. - Ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing plans and solutions, managing projects with independence and accountability. - Deep working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice, with hands-on experience ensuring compliance in all promotional and educational activities. - Degree-level education. - Prior experience in pharmaceutical marketing or with an advertising agency supporting healthcare or life sciences clients. - Strong record of exceptional cross-functional working, with examples of seamless collaboration and integration into high-performing, close-knit teams. - Demonstrable passion for innovation, staying up to date with the latest trends in digital engagement, healthcare technology, and data-driven marketing. - Adaptability and a proactive mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment while supporting shared goals and continuous team improvement.
