OVERVIEW
Morning Brew is looking for a proactive, experienced, and highly organized Associate Booking Producer to ideate, research, and book guests across multiple of our franchises. Ideal candidates will have ample experience booking content for multiple forms of interviews from written articles to podcasting, social platforms and YouTube.

This is a full-time role based in our New York office. As part of your responsibilities you will update and maintain booking grids, send booking confirmations and appearance releases while also serving as the main point of contact for guests and their communications teams, both via email and on-site.

You will also be responsible for booking top-tier guests for our newest franchise, Founder Brew.

Founder Brew is dedicated to exploring the real lives, decisions, and psychology of people building companies — from startups to small businesses to creative ventures.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role that will allow you to shape the future of a brand new Morning Brew, Inc. publication.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct thorough guest research/vet guests
- Update/maintain booking grids, send booking confirmation emails & appearance releases across multiple Morning Brew platforms
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for guests and their communications teams, both via email and on-site NYC
- Work directly with Morning Brew Inc. editorial teams to coordinate and execute on editorial booking strategies across franchises
- Secure, coordinate & manage multiple top-tier bookings for Founder Brew -- via newsletter, on-site articles, and other venues of distribution
- Pitch guests & work closely with the Founder Brew editorial team and Morning Brew’s Executive Booking Producer

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2-3+ years of experience booking for business news shows/podcasts or live television
- Demonstrated success booking start-up founders and C-Suite executives
- Established relationships with start up founders, C-Suite & business executives, PR firms, agents and managers
- The ability to identify strong guests and book with intention
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to operate calmly under pressure, pivot quickly, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing complex booking workflows

COMPENSATION $70,000 - $80,000 *Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.

Morning Brew Inc. was founded in 2015 by two entrepreneurial college students who noticed their peers were not consuming legacy media resources about business and finance news, but had a high desire to learn about those topics. What started as a small on-campus email has since evolved into a multi-channel media company that operates 20+ unique content franchises. All while maintaining our witty, honest and engaging tone that millions of loyal MBI audience members rely upon daily to better navigate the world.

In 2020 a majority stake in MBI was acquired by Axel Springer SE and in February 2025 that position was increased to full ownership of the business.
