Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable backend solutions to support complex business workflows and high-volume systems

• Leverage AI tools effectively for coding, documentation, and design

• Use AI to generate HLD and LLD documents and validate AI-generated recommendations.

• Utilize AI tools to generate and review code, ensuring accuracy and maintainability.

• Apply AI for faster prototyping, solution evaluation, and improving engineering productivity.

• Own end-to-end delivery of components and subsystems—including design, development, testing, integration, deployment, and enhancements.

• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable Java code and take full responsibility for assigned tasks.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize backend systems.

• Mentor junior engineers, guide them on best practices, and uphold high engineering standards.

• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, UI/UX, and Management teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.

• Ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced, startup environment with a strong focus on quality and timelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master's in computer science or relevant fields

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• Strong sense of ownership

• Excellent Java and object-oriented development skills

• Experience working on AI Tools like Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer,claudeAI, CodeGeeX, Tabnine, MutableAI, Codacy ectc... for code review & code generation.

• LLM’s hands-on for Solution or integration experience

• Experience in building and scaling microservices

• Strong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting and diagnosing

• Expected to be a role model for young engineers, have a strong sense of code quality and enforce code

• Quality within the team

• Strong knowledge in RDBMS and NoSql technologies

• Experience in developing for enterprise systems like eCommerce / manufacturing / supply chain etc

• Excellent understanding of Debugging performance and optimization techniques

• Experience in Java, Mongo, MySQL, AWS technologies, ELK stack, Spring boot, Kafka

• Experience in developing any large scale Experience in cloud technologies

• Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
