Role Overview:
The Associate Analyst - Racelab Operations ensures the accuracy, reliability, and quality of Racelabs’ data products. The role involves monitoring data and system performance, verifying pre-race reports, resolving operational and data issues, and maintaining data integrity. The Associate Analyst also coordinates product delivery, enters race data as needed, and supports continuous process improvement. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer service abilities are essential. The position requires effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a high-quality customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Product & Operational Support
Provide operational support for the generation and delivery of ProFORM informatics products.
Verify that pre-race reports are completed accurately prior to comment generation.
Ensure all ProFORM products are available according to scheduled release times and contractual obligations.
Coordinate product availability and liaise with customers to ensure smooth delivery and resolution of any product-related issues.
Monitor technology systems to ensure optimal performance and data flow.
Investigate operational and data issues, identify root causes, and escalate to technical support where necessary.
Data Integrity & Quality Assurance
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of competitor and race data within Racelabs systems.
Review post-race data reports to identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
Enter race and run position data from video reviews as required.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, process efficiency, and system reliability.
Customer Support
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive timely updates and resolutions to reported issues.
Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring clients receive all necessary attention and support.
Operational Excellence
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to effectively assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing accurate information;
Improve the standard of professionalism across the team and encourage your team members to develop a solutions based mindset and;
You are required to comply with the Information Security Policy and the obligations as set out within the policy.
What we're looking for:
1+ years of experience in a data administration or data operations role, with proven ability to manage, validate, and maintain data sets.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general data management tools.
Experience in the wagering industry is preferable.
