About us

We are looking for a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our digital team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications using AEM. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless digital experiences.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager.

• Customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and digital assets.

• Integrate AEM with other marketing platforms and back-end systems (e.g., APIs, CRMs, DAMs).

• Optimize website performance, SEO, and usability using AEM tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM infrastructure and deployment.

• Follow best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps for AEM projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Designers, Business Analysts) to ensure timely delivery.

• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Must‑haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in AEM development.

• Proficient in Java, JCR, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), JSP, and Apache Felix.

• Familiar with frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React or Angular (optional).

• Experience with AEM tools: CRXDE, Maven, Dispatcher, Adobe Target/Analytics (plus).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Certified AEM Developer (nice to have).

• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud integrations.

• Exposure to multi-language or multi-site AEM implementations.
