We are seeking an associate with five-to-six years of experience in commercial real estate. The firms clients include large national and regional institutional investors, real estate investment trusts, investment advisors, real estate developers, private equity investment companies and financial institutions. The real estate transactions that are handled cover all real estate asset classes and involve prominent real estate projects in Boston as well as nationally.

The responsibilities will include preparation and negotiation of all types of real estate documents relating to acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development, and leasing, and the related due diligence and closing of these transactions. Our practice is very active, growing and exciting. The firm is involved in high profile and cutting-edge transactions and we deal with some of the most sophisticated and well known participants in the Boston real estate community. This is a unique opportunity to grow, develop great skills and take on significant responsibility, while still receiving excellent guidance, training and support.
