Our client is seeking an outstanding (Financial Institutions Regulatory, Enforcement and Litigation) associate with 2 to 4 years of experience representing and advising broker-dealers, investment advisers and international financial institutions in securities regulatory matters and enforcement proceedings, including trade finance negotiation and cross-border restructuring. We are looking for someone with a strong academic background and excellent writing and drafting skills. The successful candidate with be a self-starter who can take ownership of projects and who will also be a team player and able to interact effectively with clients. This position requires a JD and Membership in the (NY Bar).
