Job Description
The Windows Server computing, NSX, VMware, and Nasuni Lead Administrator will be responsible for the design, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise server and virtualization environments across the global infrastructure landscape. This role will act as the technical lead and subject matter expert (SME) for Windows Server platforms, VMware virtualization, NSX network virtualization, and Nasuni cloud file services, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals. The Lead ensures proactive system visibility, operational excellence, and compliance with standards including SOX requirements.
 
**Required:**
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• 10+ years of hands-on enterprise Windows Server administration and engineering
• 7+ years of VMware vSphere/vCenter/ESXi administration in enterprise environments
• 5+ years of NSX-T/NSX-V network virtualization design and operations
• 3+ years of Nasuni or equivalent cloud-based file storage management
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PowerShell automation
• Experience with disaster recovery solutions (SRM), backup/recovery, and performance monitoring tools
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage large-scale infrastructure projects
**Preferred:**
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or higher certification
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks
