**Key Responsibilities**
• Own and drive EDI services for Domestic, Fisher-Price, and American Girl customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, trading partners, and service providers.
• 10 + years of experience
• Lead and coordinate Domestic EDI development and Open Text support teams, managing operational resources including EDI mappers, iSeries developers, and project managers.
• Ensure SLA adherence, operational performance, and service continuity through performance management, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Lead EDI governance meetings and coordinate daily prioritization activities (Sprint/Scrum) with Open Text GXS.
• Manage end-to-end trading partner onboarding, including requirements review, mapping development, testing, and go-live support.
• Oversee EDI technical implementation across Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation, and Finance sectors.
• Maintain and optimize EDI mappings, specifications, and documentation in compliance with design standards; manage AS2 certificate validity and renewals.
• Lead special projects including Disaster Recovery testing, VPN tunnel implementation, Unix server upgrades, and platform migrations.
• Coordinate closely with EDI International (dotted-line reporting) to ensure global alignment, standards consistency, and 24/7 operational coverage.
• Monitor EDI transactions, resolve errors and exceptions, and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
• Ensure data quality, compliance with business requirements, and alignment across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, and Logistics processes.
• Onboard and train new resources; provide technical guidance on EDI design, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and GS1 standards.
