This role supports Medtronic’s clinical operations by developing, testing, and validating clinical data reports and systems used in clinical studies. The Associate Clinical Data Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis, helping improve clinical efficiency and support product development decisions. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Collaborate with internal teams to design, document, test, and implement clinical data collection systems and report
• Develop and maintain systems to organize, analyze, and report clinical data and trends
• Support the design and implementation of clinical protocols and data management processes
• Review and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency across clinical projects
• Prepare and validate reports for clinical trial studies and internal analysis

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Knowledge of or exposure to clinical data management, clinical trials, or healthcare analytic
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work with data tools, reporting systems, and databases.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English
