Assistant Waiter/Waitress, Kafenio Deli & Souvlakeri

From the refined yet relaxed dining experience of Parafrasi by CTC — where contemporary culinary creativity meets thoughtful service — to the warm, traditional and flavour-driven character of Kafeneio Deli and Souvlakeri, each concept carries its own identity and rhythm. We are also looking for Assistant Waiters to support the service teams at Kafeneio Deli and Souvlakeri. This position plays an important role in maintaining smooth operations and supporting the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized and eager to learn, contributing to a well-coordinated service flow while working closely with the senior members of the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest’s expectations, and attend to their needs, in a proactive and positive manner.
• Prepare and organize mise en place based on daily needs, for all equipment. Prepare and sanitize all the tables, chairs while assisting Head waiter with the daily duties.
• Carry out position allocated tasks during shift and provide a detailed handover at the end of the shift, focusing on continuous improvement on a daily basis.
• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner. Take orders using the PDA system and serve with accuracy, following brand standards and H&S protocols.
• Communicate special requests from guests to the F&B and culinary team, regarding allergies or specific preferences, to ensure excellent customer service is provided.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and preserve a clean and tidy work area at all times.
• Assist in all BOH preparations when necessary, ensuring teamwork and effective communication is maintained.
• Follow all H&S rules, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times. Guide and encourage team to do the same.

Requirements:
• 1 year experience in the Food and Beverage industry (Service) .
• High school Diploma.
• Be a person with enviable customer service skills
• Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English.
• Have good computer skills.
• Be an inspiring team player.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Multitasking abilities / Flexibility / Positivity.
