Job Description

Palmetto Preschool is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Teacher for our 2-year-old classroom.

We are looking for someone dependable, reliable, and calm — someone who understands that consistency matters in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

Support the Lead Teacher in a structured classroom

Maintain active supervision and ensure safety at all times

Build positive, nurturing relationships with children

Assist with lesson plans and daily classroom routines

Qualifications

Experience in a licensed childcare center preferred

ECE coursework or credentials a plus

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
