We are looking for an Assistant that will provide support to the team by carrying out all administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of the department, looking after the successful delivery of the different activities and events organized.

Candidates must be quick learners, problem solvers, highly organized and detail-oriented, able to work with back-to-back deadlines, and comfortable working with diverse and international teams.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
Responsibilities:
Your role as an Assistant will involve:
Lead the coordination and operations of online, offline and hybrid events organized for staff.
Coordinate logistic activities related to our employee gatherings and training events.
Manage a high volume of e-mail and respond on time to queries.
Manage (written and oral) communications with staff regarding the different activities organized.
Create reports and contribute to the preparation of statistics and presentations.
Compile, organize and update databases with relevant information of the different activities and events.
Process internal expense reports and logistical duties to ensure a smooth running of the department (payments, invoicing, travels, etc.)
Liaise and coordinate with other departments to build strong relationships and communicate efficiently on a wide range of administrative issues.
Support teammates as necessary to build a team-oriented environment and contribute to ensure continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor“s degree.
English and Spanish fluency.
Proven experience of delivering against multiple priorities to time and quality in a target driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Ability to learn quickly.
Strong desire to work in a multicultural and multi-stakeholder environment, as well as a strong customer orientation, are essential.
