Assistant Supply Chain Finance Manager – Çorlu

Are you a dynamic finance professional eager to support operational excellence in a manufacturing environment? Join our team in Çorlu as an Assistant Supply Chain Finance Manager, where you’ll play a key role in driving financial insights, strengthening performance management, and supporting end-to-end supply chain decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Support financial controlling, reporting, and performance management for the factory.

• Analyze production variances and drive cost optimization initiatives.

• Play an active role in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

• Contribute to global finance transformation projects, including SAP and reporting enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling and cost accounting, ideally in supply chain/manufacturing.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Proven ability to thrive in matrix organizations and collaborate across functions.
