The Role

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll help drive the on-site execution of cutting-edge data center projects — keeping construction on track, ensuring top-tier quality, and supporting seamless coordination between trades, vendors, and project leaders. This role is perfect for someone passionate about construction excellence, safety, and operational precision in one of the most exciting industries out there.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day site operations, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Assist with inspections, reporting, and project documentation
• Help identify and resolve construction challenges to keep schedules and budgets on target
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Log daily project activities and support punch list completion

 

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in construction (data center experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project); Procore or similar software a plus
• Solid knowledge of trades (Division 2–10), blueprint reading, and site safety
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and balance across active job sites
• Lift up to 100 lbs; work both indoors and outdoors in varied conditions
