Assistant Manager - Restore Hyper Wellness ( Part time and Full time )
Pay: $17-$23+ per hour plus bonuses after training. Expected pay combined should be between $19-$25 an hour based upon performance

We are seeking a powerhouse Assistant Manager who can lead by example, drive results through assertive sales leadership, and maintain a high-octane culture that keeps our community coming back for more.
About the Role
As the Assistant Manager, you are the engine of our studio. This isn't just an administrative role—it's a front-line leadership position that requires a "get it done" attitude. You will lead a team of high-energy professionals, ensuring that every member interaction is an opportunity for growth, education, and service-based sales. You will be responsible for driving the energy of the studio and ensuring we meet our community health and sales goals every single day.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in meeting studio performance targets. You are comfortable being assertive in closing sales and teaching your team how to do the same through a lens of genuine service.
Culture Driver: Maintain a high-energy, positive, and professional environment. You are the "extrovert-in-chief," setting the tone for both staff and members.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations with precision, ensuring the studio is always ready to deliver a world-class wellness experience.
Team Mentorship: Train and develop Health Coaches and Wellness Techs to master the art of the "service-sales" environment.
Community Outreach: Actively engage with local businesses and community events to spread the mission of Restore Hyper Wellness.

Responsibilities:
Deliver a 5 star customer experience.
Manage a staff of Wellness Techs, Nurses, and Estheticians.
Educate customers about the benefits of Restore services.
Help customers address their sports performance, health & beauty, and pain management issues.
Provide lead marketing/sales roles and assist with development, and implementation of sales and marketing.
Identify complementary new opportunities.
Actively participate in interesting health and fitness events in the local area.
Meet Nevada's top athletes and fitness enthusiasts and get them excited about using whole body Cryotherapy, IV therapy, and other wellness-related products.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Driven and Ambitious.
Passion for fitness and athletic achievement. We like athletes.
An affinity for sales. You need to enjoy the sales process and have a track record.
Excellence in multiple phases of your life experiences. We believe exceptional people are measured by their actual accomplishments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Charisma is appreciated.
Ability to deliver action plans based on and measured by data. You have to be comfortable with the numbers.
Good team player. You need to be a leader, but you also need to be able to delegate and develop a quality team.
Desire to meet personal & team monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals. Your total compensation will be tied to performance.
High ethics and integrity. You have to do the right thing even when no one is watching.
4-year college degree preferred.

Hours of Operation:
Generally a 7-9 hour shift
Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm
Sunday 11am - 5pm
Nurses, Estis and most team members can be expected to work the full shift by coming in 30 minutes prior and leaving an average of 30 minutes after close.
With the front desk team we do early outs and late starts.
With nurses they can sometimes be cut between 3:30- 6:30
