Consecución de objetivos y la selección, gestión y formación del equipo.
Debe ser una persona muy profesional, altamente motivada por el puesto y el producto, y orientada a cliente y resultados

Funciones

Responsable directo de la consecución de objetivos de la Tienda (ventas y KPI).
Garantizar el servicio al cliente dentro de la tienda de acuerdo con los valores de la marca y los estándares de servicio de PUMA.
Responsable de la selección, gestión y formación del equipo
Evaluaciones de Desempeño.
Briefings con el equipo.
Análisis de clientes, tendencias de compra e información competitiva para impulsar el negocio y dar feedback al Area Manager.
Gestionar Loss Prevention
Responsable directo del cumplimiento del Loss Prevention dentro de la tienda.
Gestionar inventario.
Participar en nuevas aperturas y asistir a todos los trainings requeridos; puede ser necesario viajar
Mantenimiento del Visual según los estándares de Puma
Ejecutar todos los requisitos necesarios para mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro y conforme para el staff de tienda
Responsable del cumplimiento de las Políticas y Procedimientos.

2-4 años de experiencia en management (retail) gestionando equipos y producto.
Gran habilidad de comunicación y motivación.
Gran habilidad organizativa y de gestión de tiempo.
Liderazgo
