We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sylvia Park store. You’ll be supporting the Store Manager in running the day-to-day, helping lead an inspiring and high-performing team, and making sure every customer leaves feeling amazing in their shoes.

Here’s what’s on offer:

Role – Assistant Store Manager

Rostered Hours: Sunday to Thursday

Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week

Hourly Rate: $26.50 + bonus potential !

Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations and running of the store

Leading and motivating your team to reach their sales goals (and celebrating the wins!)

Creating a warm, welcoming store environment with great energy and team culture

Delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand

Coaching and developing your team so they can keep growing

Making sure everything runs smoothly, from the shop floor to the back room
