• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant, preferably in a high-end or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial principles.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
