The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, team member performance, and operational efficiency. The role helps manage the front-of-house F&B service team, coordinates with kitchen team, handles guest concerns, and ensures compliance with service standards, hygiene regulations, and financial targets.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or related field 
• 2–4 years of restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of service procedures, restaurant operations, and POS systems
• Experience in customer service and team leadership
