As Sofitel’s flagship hotel in the Pacific, the property features 590 elegant rooms and suites, four distinctive bars and restaurants, a breathtaking award-winning infinity pool, a state-of-the-art fitness centre overlooking the skyline, an exclusive top-floor Executive Lounge and our renowned luxury spa.
At the heart of everything we do are exceptional people. We are deeply committed to cultivating an inspiring, energising, and rewarding environment, one where craftsmanship is celebrated, creativity is encouraged, and luxury is delivered with intention and pride.
Inspiration, Recognition & Reward
As a valued Sofitel Ambassador, you will be immersed in a world of refined privileges and bespoke rewards. Enjoy privileged access to an international portfolio of luxury accommodation, exceptional dining, and curated lifestyle experiences. Daily touches of indulgence; from preferred-rate artisan coffee to a thoughtfully designed Ambassador dining menu, elevate the everyday.
Your growth is equally important to us. Through a distinguished learning platform blending expert knowledge with tailored development, we support your evolution as a culinary leader within a culture that celebrates excellence, individuality and ambition.
Bonjour! Step into a leadership role where strategy, service and precision come together to shape exceptional guest journeys. As a senior member of our Reservations team, you will play a vital role in leading people, optimising performance, and ensuring every reservation is managed with care from enquiry through to arrival.
With a confident and supportive leadership style, you will guide, train and inspire a team of Reservations Sales Agents, cultivating a positive, high-performing environment where excellence is the standard. Through thoughtful coaching and clear direction, you will empower the team to deliver accuracy, efficiency and personalised service at every touchpoint.
Working in close partnership with the Reservations and Revenue teams, you will help drive RESAvision performance, contributing to reporting, training and development initiatives that strengthen capability and support commercial outcomes. Your attention to detail and operational insight will ensure reservations are processed in line with hotel standards, availability and pricing strategies are upheld, and stop-sells are actioned seamlessly to protect revenue integrity.
You will take a proactive approach to monitoring forward reservations, booking patterns and arrival readiness, ensuring every arrival is thoughtfully prepared and flawlessly executed. From VIP and Executive bookings to day-to-day reservations, you will step in where needed, providing reassurance, accuracy and elevated service.
With a strategic mindset, you will support inventory planning across all distribution channels and contribute meaningfully to RevMax discussions, sharing insights on demand, no-shows and optimisation opportunities. In the absence of the Reservations Manager, you will confidently lead the department and reporting directly to the Reservations Manager to ensure continuity, clarity and momentum.
Your refined approach to reporting, profile management and account control will ensure data accuracy, minimal open balances, and strong governance across the department. You will also champion upselling within the team, uncovering thoughtful opportunities to enhance both revenue and the guest experience.
Above all, you bring professionalism, organisation and care to every interaction balancing leadership, operational excellence and collaboration with ease, while upholding brand standards and supporting the broader hotel team in delivering exceptional stays.
You bring proven experience within hotel reservations or a revenue-focused hospitality environment, supported by a strong understanding of distribution systems, reporting and booking behaviours. You are commercially minded and comfortable working closely with Reservations and Revenue leadership to support pricing, availability and inventory strategies that drive both performance and guest satisfaction.
With a natural leadership presence, you have experience guiding, coaching or supporting teams in a fast-paced operational setting. You lead with clarity and care, fostering a positive, accountable culture while confidently addressing performance matters when required. Your attention to detail is exceptional, ensuring accuracy across reservations, profiles, reporting and account management, and you take pride in maintaining high standards at every touchpoint.
You are highly organised and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities with composure in a 24/7 hospitality environment. Your communication style is polished and professional, enabling seamless collaboration across departments and effective engagement with senior stakeholders. Proactive and solutions-focused, you are comfortable stepping into leadership responsibilities when needed, making considered decisions that support continuity, consistency and excellence.
Above all, you bring a genuine commitment to brand standards, service excellence and continuous improvement, with a passion for developing people, optimising performance and delivering refined, memorable guest experiences.
