Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve in a hybrid role as an Assistant Regional Director (ARD) with integrated responsibilities as an Early Childhood Lead Coordinator (ECLC) and Lead Family Service Coordinator (LFSC).
This position serves as a key member of the regional leadership team, supporting program operations, staff development, and compliance across Early Childhood programs. The ARD functions as the primary leadership role, ensuring operational oversight, while the ECLC/LFSC components focus on program quality, staff coaching, and Family Service Coordination support.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations (ARD – Primary)
Partner with the Regional Director to oversee daily operations and ensure program compliance
Support implementation of company policies, procedures, and program directives
Monitor caseload distribution, staff productivity, and program performance metrics
Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to regional staff
Assist with staff supervision, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Facilitate team meetings and support communication across programs
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development efforts
Act on behalf of the Regional Director in their absence
Program Support & Quality (ECLC / LFSC – Secondary)
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to Family Service Coordinators (FSCs) and program staff
Support onboarding and ongoing development of Early Childhood staff
Monitor FSC caseloads, documentation, and service delivery
Assist with intake and caseload coverage during high referral periods or staffing gaps
Ensure compliance with NM FIT program standards and timelines
Review documentation and support quality assurance activities
Participate in outreach, community events, and collaboration efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
OR Bachelor’s in another field with at least two (2) years of relevant experience working with children with disabilities and/or families
Experience in Early Intervention, Family Service Coordination, or related field strongly preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems

Additional Requirements
Completion (or ability to complete) NM FIT required trainings and certifications
Ability to attend meetings, trainings, and community events as needed
Ability to manage a small caseload as needed to support program operations
