Job Description

Health Alive Foundation: (HAF) is a non-profit making, non partisan, non-government organization (NGO) with headquarters in Ilorin, Kwara State. Since inception HAF has been initiating, promoting and implementing programmes to boost the socioeconomic status and enhancing the health indices of women, children, and the physically challenged members in Nigeria. We are seeking qualified candidates for the following position at the headquarters office, Ilorin.

• Manage and monitor the various controls and financial measurements for the projects including budget limits, Obligation and burn-rates advising the Project Manger accordingly.
• Review of report of advances submitted by partners.
• Assist in prepare donor reports including quarterly financial reports.
• Maintain an integrated financial system with up-to-date.
• To keep fixed asset inventory and prepare payment vouchers.

• B.Sc or HND in accounting with 3-5years of relevant experience in NGO. Relevant professional qualification (ICAN etc) ability to use accounting software packages especially quick book will be an added advantage and should have excellent skills in planning and organization.
