Launch your career in construction project management while learning a specialized, high-demand trade. Our Fire Protection Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who’s motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Foremen, and Coordinators to support fire protection projects from start to finish. You’ll gain exposure to planning, field operations, procurement, financial tracking, and closeout—building a strong foundation for long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do

Support Project Managers with day-to-day planning, coordination, and documentation

Ensure field teams have current drawings, RFIs, submittals, and schedules

Assist with permits, vendor pricing, material deliveries, and fabrication releases

Help track costs, labor, change orders, and project documentation

Participate in project meetings, coordination efforts, and closeout activities

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

0–2 years of experience

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Interest in construction, mechanical systems, or fire protection
