Position Overview
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced production environment, assisting the Production Manager in organizing, monitoring, and improving day-to-day operations. You will also play an important role in preparing for Phase II operations, contributing to the setup of new production lines and equipment.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop operational expertise, enhance communication skills, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist the Production Manager in organizing and coordinating daily production activities and on-site operations.
• Build, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support project-based activities, including the preparation and setup of new machinery for New Site - Phase II operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution and production line transitions.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Provide on-site support to the production team and demonstrate people management skills to maintain a motivated and efficient workforce.
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and innovation.

Requirements:
Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
• 5 years or above experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with 2 years or above experience in managerial position
• Prior experience with GMP standards is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• On-site people management skills are a plus.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
