ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述:

Be responsible for all sampling activities among specific product line, upon received of sampling request, to evaluate sampling possibility according to product limitation, machine's capabilities, risk evaluation for future bulk, to ensure Sample Center's objectives / targets are achieved in terms of lead-time, reliability, quality & hit/rejection rate.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

- Validate all sampling request to ensure of information completeness for sampling to proceed;

- Evaluate sampling possibility according to product limitation, process capabilities, evaluate potential risk for future bulk prod'n;

- Coordinate with GPD & OP's functions for sampling development, interpret customer requirement in terms of process route for prod'n to proceed;

- Work with supplier to develop a new material to fulfill customer requirement;

- Coordinate with MPC / procurement/ Sourcing/ departments in sample materials planning;

- Coordinate with PPC departments in machine scheduling, prioritize orders if necessary;

- Compile reports to the PE Supervisor in a regular basis;

- Adopt good 5S practice and comply with EHS requirements;

- Assist to drive 6 Sigma project in workshop and Lean activities implement;

- Participate company-organized training on Value & Ethics, ISO9001, FSC and EHS, and follow related procedures & WI;

- Other works assigned by Supervisor.

- Associate college degree or above;

- CET(College English Test) grade 6 or above;

- Fluent in English, Mandarin/Cantonese, both spoken & written;

- Good command of Windows & Offic esp. Excel;

- Detail-oriented, Proactive & initiative;

- No color blindness.
