Assistant Procurement Officer - SWOT Hospitality

is looking for a Assistant Procurement Officer to join our growing team in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing purchase requests to ensure completeness and correct categorization.
• Follow up with internal departments to gather missing information and support the procurement process.
• Support the conversion of purchase requests into purchase orders using our procurement system.
• Help maintain accurate procurement records and documents.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding basic order details or issues.
• Assist the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective procurement support.
• Escalate issues to senior team members when needed.

Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (or in progress).
• Experience in procurement is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a procurement role.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Basic knowledge of ERP Systems.
