Location: Onboarding Hub, Rustenburg
Job Type: Permanent
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Checking of all Purchase Orders prior to onboarding activities
• Creating new organograms units on Electronic Manning Board (EMB) and managing data quality.
• Checking all contractors engagement/onboarding packs
• Creation of positions on Navigator+
• Engagements of contractors on Navigator+/SAP HR System
• Making bookings of medicals (Initial, periodic and exit) and training (new and periodic).
• Management of all offboarding activities (Exit medicals and terminations)
• Communicating with suppliers, sending out medical fitness certificates to suppliers when required, checking relevant training for specific roles.
• Investigating queries on medicals and/or training and refreshing profiles for successful replications.
• Management of training documents for capturing on SF-LMS System.
• Enrolling all contractors on iTime, arranging access for all contractors, investigating and attending to access issues for contractors
• Creating secondary profiles on ITime for contractors who need multiple site access
• Attending project meetings, attending to walk in contractors with queries.
• Maintaining work schedules for contractors.
• General onboarding queries.
• Extracting SAP reports, clocking reports, in service reports, access reports, engagement reports Provide onboarding data to the data analyst weekly
• SAP record clean ups (Data quality) and terminations on Navigator plus
• Overall clean-up of Project spotless
This role is in the Contractor Onboarding Department at a C4 level reporting to the People & Organisation Advisor.
• National Diploma or Advance Certificate (NQF6) in HR.
• Bachelor’s Degree/BTech/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management will be advantageous.
Experience:
1-3 years relevant experience in a similar role or equivalent environment
Experience in contractor management/onboarding - advantageous
Competent in Operations HR systems and related legislation
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Computer literate for role including SAP HR, Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word), PowerPoint
Navigator+, EMB, iTime, Qmed, LMS
Analytical and Numerical Skills
You will also need to have: 
• No criminal record
• Psychometric Assessment
• If successful, you will be required to undergo a Medical Fitness test.
