Assitant Operations Coordinator
Reports To: Operations Coordinator
Direct Reports: Field Crews, Service Coordinator
Location: Georgia HQ + Regional Plant Travel (On-Site Only)
Compensation: $58,000 - $65,000.00 per year + bonuses, vacation, and full benefits
Position Summary
The Assistant to the Operations Coordinator – Regional Field is a high-impact role that combines field execution, client interaction, and crew development into one challenging, career-building position.
This isn’t a simple desk job, you’ll occasionally be in the field assisting general operations, visiting plants, coordinating meetings with managers, supporting and enforcing safety programs, and ensuring top-quality results. You’ll work side by side with other Coordinator to align operations, share best practices, and build consistent performance across multiple locations.

Core Responsibilities :
• 1. Office and Crew Operations Oversight
• Support direct daily crew activities, schedules, and performance.
• Enforce accountability for attendance, behavior, and quality of work.
• Executive on coaching efforts and mentor team members, setting a high bar for productivity and professionalism.
• Be a problem solver and office coordination efforts if the situation requires.
• 2. Client Relationship Management
• Conduct client communication with managers and confirm service delivery.
• Resolve client concerns on-site and maintain strong, professional relationships.
• Identify opportunities for additional services (hopper cleaning, drum replacement, etc.).
• 3. Safety Enforcement & Compliance
• Lead the coordination of safety meetings, training sessions, and on-site inspections.
• Enforce confined space entry, PPE usage, and OSHA compliance policies.
• Oversee incident reporting, corrective actions, and follow-up.
• 4. Recruiting & Training Talent
• Partner in recruiting efforts, interviewing, and onboarding new crew members.
• Deliver hands-on field training programs and ensure Software awareness and readiness.
• Track development progress and create growth opportunities for team members.
• 5. Equipment & Inventory Management
• Collaborate and oversee tools, fleet readiness, and inventory controls.
• Approve and coordinate equipment maintenance with vendors.
• Reduce downtime and tool loss through oversight and reporting.
• 6. Job Reporting & Data Accountability
• Ensure 100% FastField compliance for job reporting.
• Audit submissions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Use job performance data to drive accountability and operational improvements.
Ideal Candidate :
• 3–5 years of field/Office service leadership or logistics operations experience.
• Hands-on background managing crews and client-facing responsibilities.
• Strong safety mindset with knowledge of OSHA and confined space standards.
• Technically fluent with mobile reporting systems and Excel.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)required to lead and engage diverse crews.
• Ambitious, growth-minded, and resilient under pressure.
