Assistant

Co-Star is seeking a trusted right-hand to our CEO & COO. This role blends executive support with personal operations, ensuring our leadership can focus on what matters most.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary support for the CEO & COO, managing priorities, logistics, and time across both work and life

• Provide calendar, travel, communications, and operational support

• Anticipate needs and create systems that keep personal and professional commitments running smoothly

• Maintain flexibility to assist across a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and judgment

What We’re Looking For

• NYC-based professional with flexibility for both in-person and remote work

• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage sensitive matters with absolute discretion

• Tech-savvy with strong communication skills

• Previous experience in lifestyle management, executive assistance, or hospitality preferred

Position Details

• 10–20 hours per week, flexible scheduling

• Freelance position

• $25-30/hour
