You will support all MICE and event sales and operations activities in line with the hotel’s commercial and events strategy to drive revenue and deliver seamless meetings and events. Responsibilities include handling client enquiries and proposals, coordinating event requirements with internal teams, and overseeing on-site event execution to ensure service standards are met.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in MICE or event coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced hospitality environment. A service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and flexibility are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field,
• 2–3 years’ experience in MICE/events in hotel operations
• Good command of English and Khmer
• Proficiency in MS Office
