Overview:
As the Assistant in Marketing & Communications for Alumni & Careers, you will serve as the central hub for day-to-day operations and communications. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming requests and will help manage logistics, content, and administrative tasks.
This role will report into the Executive Director, Marketing & Communications.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower
Responsibilities:
Your role as an Assistant will involve:
Frontline Communication
Act as the first line of response for emails and requests, acknowledging receipt and ensuring they are routed or summarized for the head of the department.
Administrative Tasks
Handle expense reports, book travel, and manage scheduling needs.
Content Support
Assist with editing, writing, and social media tasks, including captions and minor content creation.
Ability to adjust PowerPoints, general designs, learn FIGMA and other tools as required.
Organization & Coordination
Serve as the "switchbaord" for the team, ensuring smooth flow of information and helping with day-to-day coordination
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor degree is highly desired
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of communications and content (editing, writing, social media).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
