Assistant Manager Trainee: Marketing and Sales

Horizon Specialized Marketing is excited to reveal an immediate full-time opening for an Assistant Manager Trainee within the Marketing and Sales industry in the greater Lima/Findlay, OH area.

We have just recently expanded to a new office, and are seeking to find qualified individuals looking for new career opportunities.

We provide aggressive marketing and sales campaigns for national accounts in the Lima/Findlay, OH area.

In-depth training program opportunity that includes the following areas:

• Entry-level Marketing and Sales
• Administration
• Junior Managers, Account Consultants
• Advertising and PR Consultants
• Customer Service Marketing Representatives
• Event Managers, Planners/Coordinators

We do NOT do cold-calling or telemarketing, Business to Business, or Door to Door! We strive to build direct and long lasting relationships with our customers through in-store marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
• Assisting with efforts of customer acquisition and retention
• Expertly managing the needs of external customers
• Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Driving sales through retail promotional campaigns
• Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing
• Strategize, execute and manage with the Brand Ambassador teams
• Interact and communicate with customers
• Aid marketing and advertising associates and senior staff with specific projects related to each client

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Currently enrolled college student, or graduate (having earned a degree in related fields)
• Experience in Marketing and Sales, Retail, Customer Service, Advertising, Business Management, or other related fields
• Outstanding communication skills; includes both verbal and written
• Sports-minded; winning mentality and competitive spirit
• Responsible for individual actions, and participates in team related activities
• Maintains a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Comfortable managing different product lines within the home entertainment field; flexible and adaptable
• Proactive; displays a willingness to learn and is self-developing
