Le NOVOTEL PARIS CENTRE BERCY **** , 179 chambres, 10 salles de séminaires, idéalement situé au pied de L'Arena Bercy et de la station de Métro Bercy des lignes 6 et 14, recherche  son futur ASSISTANT MANAGER RESTAURATION  (H/F/X) en CDI pour rejoindre l'équipe de son Restaurant Le Paris Bercy.

Vos missions principales :

• Seconder le directeur de restauration dans la gestion quotidienne du restaurant (planning, stocks, rapports financiers).
• Garantir un service client d’excellence et former l’équipe aux standards de qualité.
• Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et de propreté.
• Superviser et motiver le personnel au service et bar
• Participer à l’embauche, à la formation et à l’évaluation des nouveaux collaborateurs.

Vous avez une expérience confirmée en gestion ou supervision en restauration ,maitrisez les normes d'hygiène alimentaires et la connaissance du logiciel BIZZON serait un + .

Grace à votre sens du contact, votre résistance au stress et votre rigueur vous savez faire preuve de leadership et savez identifier et proposer des solutions efficaces dans un cadre collaboratif. 

Vous êtes ouvert à des amplitudes variables, week-ends et jours fériés compris.
