Job Description
• Main Project Manager for Infrastructure builds within the Teleport Ops footprints
• Plan, design and project manage the identified area of improvements to achieve the project objective(s).
• Establish effective project charter and execute project within timeline in dependency sequence and drive for full completion.
• Establish and coordinate for user trainings and hypercare till signoff.
• Manage the process improvements projects within the KUL eCommerce Hub to support the throughput productivity.
• Ensure full E2E closure of project comewith documentation and alignment to stakeholders.
• Establish area of improvement within the process flow within the key infrastructures.
• Establish communications to partners, vendors, authorities, commercial and external/internal stakeholders for related matters; not limited to
• Integral support of operation Management on planning of daily volume truck arrival and resource management in a throughput line balancing.
• Equipped with facility management knowledge to healthcheck and ensure infrastructure is in order all times.
• Aim to pioneer and passionate for continuous improvements.
Requirements:
• Good knowledge understanding of operation E2E process in Manila and its origin/destination.
• Good catchup on the logic and know-what of archetyping build plan for eHub MNL through understanding KUL eHub as a source.
• Integrate seamlessly with the style, momentum and have the aim to pioneer can-do attitude through establishing good and practical relationship with local Manila operations team and stakeholders.
• Can-do attitude driving towards meeting timeline (time management).
• Good foresighting, story boarding (simulating) and resourceful (tactical) solutions.
• Doing with intent. Change agent who identifies redundancy and intentful on his actions/decisions supported by clear documentations.
