JOB SUMMARY:
A Senior Product Analyst will lead the execution of product initiatives, growth experiments, and generate actionable insights that significantly impact both customer experience enhancements and revenue outcomes.

ABOUT THE TEAM:The opening is for the Video Player team which plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless streaming experiences to users. The team is responsible for building and maintaining the core video player infrastructure that enables playback across a variety of devices and network conditions. In addition to this, the team manages the content catalog, ensuring that metadata, availability, and playback assets are accurately organized and accessible. Their work spans across performance optimization, feature development (such as subtitles, adaptive bitrate streaming, and playback controls), and integration with recommendation, analytics, and rights management systems to ensure a cohesive and high-quality viewer experience.

REPORTING TO: Manager - Product Analytics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES::
• Implement, monitor, and validate A/B tests reliably
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to shape robust and real-time data systems with the appropriate instrumentation and visualization capabilities
• Jointly own the POD goals and employ data-driven problem-solving techniques to derive actionable insights across reach, cohorts, engagement, and delivery
• Collaborate with the Product and Business teams to identify high-level requirements/problems and develop analytical frameworks and presentations
• Create reports and dashboards that foster a more data-aware organization and accurately reflect the performance of various initiatives
• Oversee the Product Analytics function for the respective POD

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS::
• Demonstrated proficiency in data modeling, predictive analysis, and expertise in R, SQL, and Python
• Experience with Reporting/BI tools, data warehousing concepts, and ETL development and tools
• Familiarity with digital analytics and clickstream dataExperience with distributed analytic processing technologies is desirable (e.g., Hive)
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer, Behavioral Analytics, Apsalar, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of consumer behavior
