Role Description
The Senior Associate, Planning & Reporting plays a meaningful role in keeping the Corporate Affairs & Marketing (CAM) function organised, aligned and well‑informed. The role brings together CAM’s plans, priorities, important metrics and leadership deliverables into one clear picture. It also helps maintain the CAM operating rhythm and supports teams as they plan, track and report their work.
This position contributing to consistent planning, smooth coordination and clear reporting. It also supports the preparation of leadership materials and provides structured information that helps decision‑making. Exciting role!
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Rhythm of the Team
The role helps coordinate CAM’s planning cycle, keep track of key dates, and ensure planning inputs are accurate and aligned. It brings visibility to milestones, reviews and commitments while encouraging a steady, predictable way of working across teams.
Reporting & Leadership Materials
Tasks include preparing clear summaries, dashboards and short executive‑ready presentations. The role supports leadership reporting routines and maintains a central place where planning and reporting information is stored and kept consistent.
Planning Tools & Data
This role looks after CAM’s planning tools (such as Workfront), keeps information organised, and supports regular review discussions. It helps teams keep their activities visible and up to date so CAM can work from one reliable source of information.
Working Across Teams
The role partners with Corporate Affairs and other CAM groups to keep plans aligned and easy to understand. It supports standard naming and categorisation, making CAM‑wide reporting more accurate and simple to use.
Requirements
Experience in Corporate Affairs, Communications, operations, planning, or programme management is helpful. Familiarity with planning tools such as Workfront is an advantage. Strong organisation skills, clear communication, and attention to detail are important.
Comfort working with data, dashboards, planning frameworks, and structured information is useful.
A collaborative attitude, curiosity, and readiness to learn are valued. Excitement for teamwork is always welcome!
