Key Responsibilities
• Support the design and implementation of operational readiness frameworks for upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational necessities are identified and documented effectively.
• Conduct operational readiness evaluations and highlight areas needing attention.
• Assist in developing comprehensive training and orientation programs for staff to ensure readiness upon project launches.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
• Engage in risk management processes to identify potential obstacles to operational efficiency.
• Champion a customer-centric approach within operational teams to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Management, Hospitality, or Operations.
· At least 3-5 years of experience in operational readiness or a related management role within the entertainment or hospitality industries.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
· A history of identifying and implementing performance improvements for operations.
· Insight into the local entertainment industry and cultural practices in Saudi Arabia is desirable.
· A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
