Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team in North Oaks, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the growth of our team members.
• Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
• Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
• Support the General Manager in achieving store performance goals and targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in scheduling and payroll management
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts
• Pay range is $15-20 DOE
• Proven leadership experience in food service or retail management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated proficiency in food safety practices and regulations
• Experience in inventory management and ordering procedures
• Skilled in pizza-making and other food preparation techniques
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to train and mentor others
• Excellent time management and punctuality
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the Domino's brand
