Job Summary:
The position is primarily responsible for driving all B2C and B2B marketing initiatives of the channel to maximize the channel’s reach growth and generate positive, impactful conversation for its content. To deliver the target market share/revenues/GRPs for the channel by ensuring seamless execution of all marketing initiatives.
About the team:
The channel marketing team is responsible for driving viewer engagement and promoting the Star Suvarna channel's brand across multiple platforms. The team creates and executes marketing plans, such as campaigns for show launches, brand partnerships, and audience reach. They collaborate closely with the programming, creative communications, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize reach. With a focus on regional markets and audience preferences, the team creates targeted promotions, media planning with ATL and marketing activation with BTL driving micro-marketing and on-ground activation, and digital strategies that enhance the channel's visibility. Their work assures a strong brand presence and fosters audience loyalty in a competitive market.

Reporting To: Director – Marketing


Key Responsibilities::
• Planning & Execution of all Marketing strategies.
• Responsible for execution of impactful 360-degree marketing campaigns activities for new show launches of Star Suvarna network.
• Planning and execute the brand building initiatives as per the brand activity calendar.
• To create an impactful presence of the brand on social media platforms and ensure maximum engagement of the pages through regular promotional content creation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and coordinate with external PR/Digital/Creative/Media agencies to ensure timely delivery of all promotional elements.
• To deploy on-ground reach drive initiatives through help increase channel’s reach growth.
• Create exciting presentation for internal campaigns with the marketing team and manage turnkey execution.
• Effective execution of marketing campaign across ATL and BTL.

Preferred Education & Experience::
• MBA in Marketing.
• 6 - 8 yrs experience in the communications business, preferably with media or advertising background.
