We’re looking for a proactive and client‑focused professional to support our expanding and diverse portfolio of clients. In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Administration teams and Senior Fund Accountants to deliver high‑quality, accurate, and timely financial accounting services. What You'll Do - 

• Deliver a wide range of accounting services, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, NAVs, investor reports, and bookkeeping for a diverse client portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Administration teams, Senior Fund Accountants, and Management to maintain high-quality client service and well‑organised accounting records.
• Adhere to internal procedures, legal and regulatory requirements, and support Compliance through reviews, prompt responses, and risk issue escalation.
• Present accounting information professionally at board meetings and assist with ongoing projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational enhancements.
• Build industry and commercial awareness while consistently meeting deadlines and escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders as needed.

• Proven fund accounting experience with strong commitment to high-quality client service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by solid IT proficiency.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally FCCA/ACCA qualified or actively studying, with membership in a relevant professional institute and evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Good knowledge of Guernsey’s finance industry and its regulatory environment.
