• Support end-to-end operations of online exclusive products, including SKU creation, system updates, and product listing accuracy
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to collect product information, pricing, and required documents
• Prepare and maintain reports related to sales, margin, stock, and basic performance tracking
• Assist in promotion setup and campaign execution (pricing upload, mechanics alignment, timeline tracking)
• Ensure accuracy of product data, pricing, and content across platforms
• Support contract documentation and ensure all supplier records and T&C are properly maintained
• Monitor order flow, returns, and cancellations, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues
• Track stock availability and support demand planning with basic data updates
• Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks and deliverables
• Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the merchandising team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, admin, or related fields
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling and reporting
• Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external partners
• Basic analytical skills with the ability to support reporting on sales, stock, and performance
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks
• Familiarity with marketplace or platform-based business (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) is a plus
• Basic English proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
