Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Phoenix, United States location. We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve store goals and maintain high performance standards Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies and procedures Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Assist in creating work schedules and managing team member hours Participate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store security Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
Must be over the age of { 18 }. Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience; previous management experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising preferred Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
